Mandatory Training (CSTF aligned)

The majority of UK temporary staffing frameworks including CPP, HTE and CCS, now require that all training is aligned to the UK Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF). An ever-increasing number of UK Hospital Trusts, Health and Social Care providers have also gravitated towards aligning their staff training requirements to the UK Core Skills Training Framework to ensure all employees achieve the same quality and consistency of learning.

In response to this demand we have designed this mandatory course to ensure each training module achieves the specific learning outcomes necessary to comply with UK-wide framework requirements and the UK CSTF alignment criteria.

The course content is under continuous review to ensure it is fit for purpose and incorporates new legislation or topical issues such as COVID-19.
